FAQ
Q: How will my flowers arrive?
A: Your flowers will be overnighted to you via FedEx in a cold packed box. This ensures that flowers stay fresh in transportation.
Q: How do I unpack my flowers?
A: When your flowers arrive, they will be wrapped and cold packed in their boxes. Carefully unpack each bundle of stems, trip the end of the stems (cutting at an angle), and immediately submerge the stems in buckets of clean water.
Q: How long to flowers need to hydrate before I can begin designing?
A: When your flowers arrive, they will look a bit sad a droopy. This is perfectly normal and that will be remedied by letting them hydrate. Ideally, your flowers will hydrate for 24 hours before designing. However, if you are short on time, 12 hours or overnight will also be okay.
Q: In what order would you recommend designing my pieces?
A: This is really just a matter of opinion and organization but designing the bridal bouquet first does ensure that it is made of the best blooms for all of those photos. After that, the remaining personal flowers followed by centerpieces and any additional pieces.
